The city of Muscatine, Iowa recently partnered with Scott Equipment Company in an effort to promote renewable energy and greener living in the Midwest.

With Muscatine’s new organics recycling center, they are converting food waste into energy.

By using the Scott Turbo Separator to separate organics from its packaging, they will reduce the amount of food waste that currently ending up in local landfills.
