WHAT IS AN INDUSTRIAL PLOW MIXER?
An industrial plow mixer is a horizontal mixing machine that uses wedge-shaped plow agitators rotating at high speed to lift, separate, and disperse material throughout the mixing chamber. This action creates a fluidized mixing zone where particles are rapidly blended in a three-dimensional pattern.
Plow mixers are well suited for powders, granules, solids and liquid addition, especially when materials vary in particle size, density or flow characteristics.
