SIMPLE LAYOUT
The GypStream system is built for straightforward, reliable operation. One person can load drywall and operate the entire system using an easy-to-follow, push-button control panel.
Our integrated control panel features a simple, push-button layout sequenced in startup order, along with Allen-Bradley VFDs. It is stainless steel to NEMA 4X standards, and we offer options for hot climates and SCADA.
SAFETY LOCK-OUT FEATURES
Emergency stop (E-stop) controls on the main panel allow operators to shut down the system quickly when needed. Additional lockout switches can be strategically located throughout the system to provide convenient isolation points during maintenance, cleaning, or service.
These features help support safer operation and established lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures while giving operators and maintenance personnel greater control when working around the equipment.
LIGHT TOWER
A light tower above the panel shows the operator the overall system status. Green is good. Red means something else needs attention. This lets your operator monitor system status while simultaneously operating the loader and feeding the drywall into the system.
MORE THAN JUST CONVEYING
The Twin Screw Infeed can be integrated with GypStream and other system components to create a complete drywall recycling solution.
