The Scott Cake Feeder is a versatile feeding system that a variety of process industries have come to rely on for their material handling requirements.

The Cake Feeder is durably constructed with a cylindrical barrel and vertical agitator. The insightful design of the vertical shaft provides a consistent flow of material for the horizontal discharge screw. The horizontal discharge screw may be fitted with a screw conveyor section or positive displacement pump for materials such as solid shortening, filter cake, and wet pet food. 

The feeding system is available with the necessary sanitary features to meet USDA, FDA, and 2A requirements. 

In keeping with Scott Equipment’s tradition of innovative engineering, the Scott Cake Feeding System requires minimum maintenance and can be designed to accommodate a broad range of production rates.

Scott Equipment’s Pit Eliminator Conveyor

The Scott Pit Eliminator Drag Conveyor is ideal for facilities that are looking to unload grain quickly and efficiently at ground level.

The flat bottom conveyor provides greater capacity in less overall height. The square construction gives 55 degree side slopes on the bypass inlet with maximum space between the protective shroud and side slope. A dust tight take-up section uses 1/4″ thick rubber gaskets with positive eccentric cams, locking the gasket tight for dust containment.

Scott Equipment also offers a Double Sprocket tail option, which raises the chain return shroud to increase the side wall clearance. This prevents bridging of products that are not free-flowing.

A flat bottom coupled with the true radius on the curved section and tail section allow for positive clean-out in these areas.
